At EDeeU Education, we understand that being educated is about more than just subject knowledge, and that education itself has an experiential component leading to the emergence of culture.
For this reason, in addition to providing subject-specific guidance from your Director of Studies, we also hold regular Seminars, Office Hours and Community Events.
We currently hold seminars every Friday evening at Nextspace in downtown Berkeley. You can find details for our upcoming seminars at the EDeeU Education Eventbrite Page.
Friday Evening Schedule:
6:00pm - 6:30pm: Arrival and refreshments.
6:30pm - 6:40pm: Introduction.
6:40pm - 7:30pm: Main presentation.
7:30pm - 8:00pm: Questions and discussion.
Venue: Nextspace, 2081 Center Street, Berkeley.
After the event, we go for an informal dinner with the speaker.
Attendance to our seminars is free for Students, Directors of Studies, Community Members and Supporters of EDeeU Education. To obtain your personal access code for yourself and your guests, please join EDeeU Education.
There’s no substitute for meeting in person to talk about what you’re learning. That’s why at EDeeU Education we hold office hours regularly for students to attend and discuss what they’re learning in more detail. All our office hours are advertised on the EDeeU Education Meetup Page.
If you would like to learn more about EDeeU Education, or are interested in becoming a student, you are welcome to attend Alexander Coward’s office hours at Berkeley Espresso from 10am to 12noon on Saturdays.
Attendance at office hours is free for Students, Directors of Studies and Community Members of EDeeU Education. Occasional visitors are welcome to attend informally, and if you would like to attend office on a regular basis, please join EDeeU Education.
EDeeU Education community events are not advertised publicly. However if you would like to be invited to our members-only events, please sign up to become a Community Member of EDeeU Education.
